主料:
凯达5 1乳酸菌/酸奶发酵剂,一包牛奶,
1000克自制酸奶的做法步骤

1.1.将材料备齐。

2.2.将酸奶机内胆用开水消毒擦干水分。(开水冲泡5分钟以上)

3.3.将一小包乳酸菌发酵剂与50克牛奶搅拌均匀。

4.4.再将其余牛奶倒入。(我一共用了四袋4*240ml=960ml)

5.5.盖上盖子。

6.6.放入酸奶机中,接通电源。

7.7.5-8小时即可。

8.8.做好的酸奶可以根据自己的口味加入白糖搅拌均匀,放入冰箱冷藏10小时后饮用口感最佳。
